BC100 Bilge Counter

Pump cycle counters are used to foresee problems in the bilge. By comparing a counter’s number against a known baseline, a worsening condition can be detected early. However, how do you find, use and store that baseline? The solution is the BC100, putting current data and a 2 week cycle history available at the touch of a button. When pressed, the BC100 displays the pump count total since last reset, followed by the total counts from the past 24 hour, 7 and 14 day periods. To keep information current, the unit updates itself and recalculates the totals every 24 hours on a sliding scale. When the 24 hour, 7 day, or 14 day period cycle counts are flashing, it indicates that the power has been interrupted and the count for the period may be invalid. Finally, the count illuminates in the display to let you know when the pump is running.
Remember, ship happens, know when it does.

.BA200 Bilge Monitor

The new BA200 is an eclectic hybrid panel combining all the best features from our technology. With a built in alarm, the BA200 is not only a bilge pump monitor but also a counter and control. In one panel, the captain can easily monitor the bilge or with the touch of a button, engage the pump. With 3 built in modes, Auto, Alert and Manual, you chose how you want the control to respond. Counter- The BA200 keeps a 2 week history of pump cycles and displays a grand total, followed by how many times the pump cycled in the past 24 hours, 7 days and 14 days. Also, the BA200 tells whether power has been interrupted by flashing the display indicating the count for that time period may not be valid. Alert Mode- The default mode when first powered. The water sensing light illuminates once water has been detected for more than 6 second eliminating the false alarms or incorrect bilge counts. If water is detected for more than 2 minutes, the audible alarm will sound. The Bilge Pump WILL NOT start automatically and must be engaged manually. Auto Mode- When engaged, the Auto button illuminates. When water is detected, the pump instantly starts and the pump count total is displayed. Audible alarm signals after 2 minutes of continuous operation. Manual Mode- Pressing the pump on button engages the the bilge pump. The button lights up indidcating that the pump is running and will need to be turned off. There is no audible signal in manual mode. The Mute button will silence the audible alarm but the button will continue to flash as a reminder. If an alarm condition is not resolved after 7 minutes, the Monitor will unmute and continue to sound the audible alarm.

PA300 Blower Alarm

Have you ever left a pump running only to return to a mess, a burnt out pump or worse? Never forget your pump or blower is running again with the PA300 blower alarm. A stainless steel piezo buzzer is built into this stylish gauge to alert and remind boat owners when time expires. The PA300 is wired directly to the device you want to time; when the device is on, so is the timer, turn off the device and the PA300 shuts off automatically. At the touch of a button, this electronic audible timer provides preset times from 1 to 15 minutes. Once the selected time period has past, the alarm sounds and will continue to pulse until shut off or muted. If mute is pressed, the PA 300 silences the alarm and starts the timer again for the previously selected time cycle. The PA 300 is the perfect solution for reminding boat owners that a bilge blower or other device is still running thereby, preventing excessive battery drain or possible equipment damage.

PT400 Programmable Timer

Who has not forgotten to turn off a blower or let a pump run dry? The PT400 series Programmable Timer was uniquely designed to control electrical devices by automatically turning them off. In either 12Vdc or 24Vdc configuration, the PT400 works with any system, controlling any device or combination of devices up to 15 amps. With up to 30 minutes selectable, you can control pumps, blowers and lights. The PT400 acts like an electronic timer, counting down from the selected time to an off state. Once the counter reaches zero, whatever is wired in the circuit to the PT400 is shut down. Use the PT400 to time your deboarding lights, interior lights, pumps or blowers.

BP500 Bilge Alarm

Captains and crew want the ability to mute an audible alarm system. The concern, however, is the mute feature will accidentally be left on or forgotten, rendering the audible alarm in-active and pointless. The BP500 with Inteli-mute is the answer. By constant monitoring of the alarm, Inteli-Mute eliminates the possibility of accidentally activating the mute feature and/or forgetting the alarm has been muted. Once the Mute button is pressed, Inteli-Mute first silences the audible alarm, leaving the back-lit button flashing as a visual reminder of the alarm condition. If after 5 minutes, the alarm is still muted, Inteli-Mute turns off the mute feature. The audible alarm then reactivates, warning that an alarm condition is still present and needs to be resolved. The only way to turn off the BP500 is to resolve the alarm condition. Once done, whether the mute feature is enabled or not, Inteli-Mute resets the control back to the default ready mode.

WW600 Multi-bilge Alert

Webster’s Dictionary defines innovation as the introduction of something new or a new idea, method, or device. The WW600 Multi-Bilge with Inteli-Mute is both. In the size of a 3 x 5 index card, you have an information panel that has both audible and visual alarms, monitors up to 6 separate compartments and has an intelligent mute button. Sporting both audible and visual alarms, the Multi-Bilge meets the Coast Guard’s regulations concerning Bilge High Level Alarms [182.530]. Fabricated with a built-in stainless internal piezo buzzer, this unit has raised backlit buttons to allow the brightly lit LEDs to be seen from all angles. Inteli-Mute ensures that the mute feature cannot be “accidentally” left on or forgotten. Once the mute button is pressed, Inteli-Mute first silences the audible alarm, leaving the back-lit Mute button flashing as a visual reminder. Inteli-Mute then waits 5 minutes and checks to see if an alarm condition still exists. If so, Inteli-Mute reactivates the audible alarm, warning that an alarm condition is still present and needs to be resolved. If after 5 minutes, when Inteli-Mute checks for an alarm condition, there is no alarm condition or the alarm condition has been resolved, Inteli-Mute cancels the mute, reactivating the audible alarm and resets the device, waiting for the next alert. If another alarm condition is detected while muted, Inteli-Mute immediately reactivates the audible alarm to warn of the new condition.
